Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.

Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on Monday
Return Policy
If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, has an imperfection, or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us within 14 days of delivery for store credit!
Janelle Chanaé will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 14 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, the return window will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Janelle Chanaé's part.
Final Sale Items:
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.
Sale items, accessories, and promotional deals are also final sale.
International Orders:
Orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are eligible for returns rules apply the same.
