Janelle Chanaé Return Policy

There is a 14-day return policy. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for the price of return. Please do not return used products. If you have ANY questions about our products, please reach out to us prior to purchasing. Notice of damage must be given within 48 hours of receiving your items. An image of proof of the defect/damage will be requested by the Janelle Chanaé team. Once you have emailed us the proper information, we will notify you of the approval or rejection for your return and provide a shipping address to return your items. Please DO NOT ship items without Janelle Chanaé approval.
